It will be guided by the\u00a0the value driver theory that is being studied by the Value Driver Institute (VDI).<\/p>\n<p>Membership is open to anyone that has an interest in becoming a better investor.<\/p>\n<p>The club&#8217;s investment process will be based on the <em>Intrinsic Value Style of Investment Management (TM)\u00a0<\/em>and\u00a0the <em>6 Factor Cassandra Stock Selection Model<\/em> (TM) developed by Paul M.
