The subscription fee for the newsletter is billed on an annual basis or monthly at a rate of $219.40 annually or $19.95 monthly.
Subscription fees are payable in advance at the beginning of the month for monthly subscriptions and at the beginning of the year for annual subscriptions. If a subscriber terminates the subscription before its expiration, the subscriber will be entitled to a complete refund of any unissued issues of the newsletter.
Requests for refunds on individual publications may be made within 10 days of purchase.
